We are Nancy ( 28 ) & Stephane ( 29 ), we live in Dieppe, NB and we have both been so fortunate as to have been selected as participants in Max Health Institute’s Smartest Loser Challenge, which began on May 7, 2008. We are both very grateful for this opportunity and are fully aware that this is forever changing our lives. On January 2007, we began our weight loss journey; so far we have both lost around 100lbs. Stephane started his journey near 400lbs, and Nancy was near 350lbs. Today Stephane weighs 294lbs and Nancy weighs 240lbs. However, we have both been struggling since the Holidays and we are confident that this challenge and it’s built in support will get us losing weight again and give us a good positive momentum to keep us going until we reach goal.
The program as described below, costs 1250$ + tax per participant. (That means 2825$ in total for the both of us.) We were required to submit our funds before May 2, 2008, therefore to come up with the fee, we had to be sponsored. Thank you to everyone who generously helped us finance this adventure and helped us change our lives!
We intend on updating this blog regularly with progress updates, pictures, and random weight loss & Smartest Loser stories. So be sure to come back and check your contribution being put to good use!

What is The Smartest Loser Challenge?
- A team of professionals monitored by the Max Health Institute to bring you the best weight loss challenge ever offered in the Atlantic Provinces
